Cautions

*Persons under 85 cm in height are not eligible to apply.
*Please consult with us in advance if you have difficulty walking unassisted, such as in a wheelchair.
*You will be asked to fill in an insurance form on site before the tour starts (the fee is included in the tour price).
*Children under 10 years of age can only ride with a parent or guardian.

◆Tour decisions
・Rain or shine.
・If it is deemed difficult to have a safe experience due to wind and rain, etc., the tour will be cancelled by 18:00 the day before.
・If it is deemed difficult to carry out the experience due to the dam's low water level, etc., the tour will be cancelled by 18:00 the day before the tour.
・Please be sure to check your email for the cancellation notice.

◆Requesting a change of booking time and date
In the event of overlapping bookings from several customers (except for bookings in the same group), we will accept bookings on a first-come, first-served basis, we may ask you to change your booking time, even if the product is in stock.

◆Cancellation Charge
Cancellation of confirmed reservations for any reason (includes flight cancel or delay by whether) is subject to the following cancellation fee schedule.
・2 days prior to tour date : No charge
・1 day prior to the tour date : 70% of total price
・On the tour date / No Show : 100% of total price

◆Reservation Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please go to "https://shikoku-guide.com/en/cancel/” and follow the instructions on the cancellation page.
Within 10 days of cancellation, we will send your refund, minus any cancellation fees, to your PayPal account.
Any fees assessed by PayPal for receiving this refund will be the responsibility of the receiver.
