Travel Back to the Heian and Kamakura Periods with Samurai Armor & Junihitoe
A new special plan is now available at the Kagawa Museum, featuring a dressing experience with authentic samurai armor and the elegant junihitoe, paired with a special sweets menu at the museum café. Wearing the full samurai armor gives you a sense of strength and dignity, while the beautifully layered junihitoe wraps you in the graceful world of a Heian-era noblewoman. For guests concerned about the weight, lightweight armor options (for adults and children) are also available. Photo shooting is allowed, making this experience perfect not only for memorable travel photos but also for learning about Japanese culture. After the dressing session, enjoy delicious sweets and relax while soaking in the afterglow of your historical journey.

Choose any two from the following:
①Samurai Armor: about 17Kg
②Junihitoe: about 17Kg
③Lightweight Armor (Adult: about 17Kg / Child: about 17Kg)

*Except for item ③ (adult lightweight armor), each costume is available in only one set, so you cannot select the same item twice.

*The full-weight armor and junihitoe may not be suitable for small children.

*Café tickets can be used at “Café Pot Musée” inside the Kagawa Museum or “Gallery Café Sirène” inside Rexxam Hall. (Valid for two days including the date of your experience.)
Food and beverage service is available only during business hours, except on holidays or when the café is closed for private use. Please note that you may be asked to wait if all seats are occupied.

Cancellation of confirmed reservations for any reason (includes flight cancel or delay by whether) is subject to the following cancellation fee schedule.
・2 days prior to tour date : No charge
・1 day prior to the tour date : 70% of total price
・On the tour date / No Show : 100% of total price

Within 10 days of cancellation, we will send your refund, minus any cancellation fees, to your PayPal account.
