From inside the shop you can observe the traditional processing of the somen, and the special attraction is the ‘hashi-wake’ where the noodles are separated by chopsticks. This is a great change to experience an important part of Japanese culture. There is also a souvenir-corner in the restaurant, so you can choose from a wide selection of somen souvenirs.
