For dinner, the Bansho-en Kaiseki is the recommended, consisting of many types of Japanese cooking. With advance reservation you can order this a lunchtime as well. Takase-cho in the city of Mitoyo is also known as a tea-producing area, and the Sasa Gozen, which features cooking with tea, is a popular choice. You can order at both lunch and dinner, and the menu will vary with the seasons.
