World's Greatest Views; Japan Version" in the New York Times, the beauty of the area has attracted attention and in recent years, visitors from all over the world have come to visit. Entry to the mountain during the most popular cherry blossom season (late March - early April), which is throughout the year, is by prior reservation only. Visitors wishing to enjoy the spectacular view of the cherry blossoms must make a reservation in advance and purchase a mountain entry ticket before entering the mountain.
