Ehime is in Shikoku, an island located southwest of Japan’s main island of Honshu. The region enjoys generally warm weather while the areas facing the Seto Inland Sea in particular have plenty of sunny days. Toyo can be reached by the Shimanami Kaido from Onomichi in Hiroshima prefecture, Chuyo is accessible by sea from Hiroshima and Kure in Hiroshima prefecture and Nanyo can be reached by sea from Beppu in Oita prefecture.It’s easily accessible from popular cities like Hiroshima and Beppu, and is not far from Kyoto or Osaka.
